Thank heaven for daughters!! Scott is an awesome caregiver but when it comes to styling hair...let's just say it's not his forte'!
Tonight, Jessica came to visit and brightened my spirits!! First off, she laid down on the floor and I got to SEE her beautiful face!! Then she updated Scott and I on all her college happenings AND she helped me with my mess of unruly hair!! There's just something about having your hair done that makes you feel 100% better! I actually felt pretty!! Then she suggested a picture of both of us...face down!! (Of course the camera was pointing up...that took several tries to get it right!!) Jessica always has a way of making me happy!!
Sandra Haddock, one of my visiting teachers, brought us dinner (which was delicious!) and our neighbors the Swenson's brought over some sinfully delicious treats! Sister Swenson actually sat down on the floor to visit with me! Now that's the best thing ever! It's nice to visit with someone's voice, even nicer to visit with their tennis shoes, but to actually have them get down so you can kind-of see their face...that's the best!!
