Day 116 (Empty Nestering) - Getting Prepared

Cody (our missionary son) comes home in just 3 days!!  I keep telling myself to stay calm and not think about it but I am SO EXCITED!!  When I think about seeing him and hugging him...I practically start to cry!!

Scott and I worked, worked, worked tonight and got Cody's bedroom all cleaned out.  It's crazy how a spare bedroom turns into another storage room!  The hardest part of our job tonight though was moving my sewing machine back downstairs.  That poor machine!! I think it has done more traveling within the last two years than it has its whole life!  But it is still surviving all the moving and if it's anything like me, I like a change of scenery every now and then! :)  Now the room echos with just a bed and desk awaiting Cody's arrival.  No worries though...tomorrow night we have plans to load in all his belongings from the shed!  And trust me...that kid has a lot of stuff!! :)

Oh Man!  I can't wait to see him!! :)
