I love my crock-pot! It's so nice to be able to come home from work and have dinner almost all the way done!

Saturday I had bought a chicken and put it in the fridge for Sunday. I totally forgot we would be eating at Jamie Nelson's get together. So I just saved it for today! And I love having leftover chicken I can use for other meals throughout the week. Plus Scott was totally for having a Sunday dinner on Monday too!
I love Sunday Dinners! I didnt tell you, but my crockpot broke! The lid shattered one day when I was cooking something in it. Crazy huh? Add that to our list of things we need to buy.
