Today’s Blessing:
An After Work Snack!
Scott had a sweet surprise waiting for me when I got home
from work today…it totally reminded me of Molten Lava Cake...one of our favorite cruising desserts! Aww…can we go on a cruise?! And yes, it was almost 5:00 pm – time for
dinner – so we just ate dessert first!
Good thing we don’t have little kids at home anymore!!

Scott is still a pro at finding yummy things to eat on the internet! This recipe came from “Spark” which is a pro-exercise site. Supposedly it is somewhat “healthy” (ha, ha) considering it has whole wheat flour, no oil and uses yogurt. And the recipe is just a single serving so you don’t eat more than one serving!! So here’s the recipe! Scott did double (plus a bit more) the recipe, and he cooked them in our ramekin bowls. Then we added chocolate chips on the top after it was cooked.
A sweet treat from a sweet man!! :)
