Counting Blessings: Hua Guan

Today's Blessing:  General's Chicken

This is totally my favorite Chinese dish ever!  And Hua Guan in Brigham City, Utah, makes it the best!!

Scott and I originally had plans tonight to meet some friends in Salt Lake City and go out for dinner, but when those plans got changed to Saturday, I confronted Scott with the all too often question, "What would you like for dinner?"  He immediately said Hua Guan, which translated means "General's Chicken, of course!"  Can you tell I felt otherwise?

It was a delicious dinner!  You'll have to excuse Scott's unexcited appearance though...today was his day off and like usual he tried to work himself to death!  For him there's just not enough hours in his days off!!  I sure hope the General's Chicken helped!
